Hello, I’m MJ. I’m an Orange County and California native. With over 20 years’ experience in customer service and plumbing combined, I strive to make the Client experience easy, painless, and make myself available for any and all of your concerns.

We will most definitely meet one way or another! I’m the manager here at Patriot Plumbing Rooter & Restoration and yes, that means I wear many hats. I’m involved in overseeing all aspects of Patriot Plumbing, Patriot Restoration, and all new endeavors. This includes speaking with Clients, problem-solving, managing the office, Human Resources, and ultimately ensuring the Company works efficiently and smoothly.

In my job role, I’m happiest when I’m able to facilitate in the process of taking a stressful situation off the Client’s shoulders and returning their home to them the way it was meant to be. So, if you become a Client of Patriot Plumbing Rooter & Restoration, be sure you’ll hear my friendly voice on the other side of the phone!

I joined the Patriot Family in 2018 and love the family atmosphere. It is personable and makes me feel like I am one of the family. Our Team enjoys being together both in and out of work. We’ve not just built work relationships but family ties.

I love the varying nature of my job. I enjoy assisting in the development of new projects and departments. Currently, I’m very enthusiastic about a new department we’re opening in 2020 to our Patriot Family. It’s our Water Filtration Department!  Learning about all the benefits you’ll receive is exciting and I can’t wait for you to hear about them! Stay tuned!

When I’m not at work, I love to be with my family and friends. I thoroughly enjoy cooking and baking. Ask my Patriot Family! They love it when I bring treats to the office! I also love animals and keep ‘dog treats’ in my desk drawer for little visitors who happen to pop by.

My work aspirations are to see and assist Patriot Plumbing Rooter & Restoration grow into a household name!
