Wanted to say “thank you” for the the great people you employ at your company. I will be forever grateful that my mom happen to have the advertisement of Patriot Plumbing in front of her that day.

When I returned home after a short trip out of town and discovered water was leaking from “somewhere”. I didn’t know what to do or who to turn to. I called the number my mom gave me.

Called Gary, and he answered immediately. I was frantic and he talked to me calmly and walked me through what needed to happen. He was at my home the next day and got right to work. He explained everything step by step and guided me through what I needed to do with regard to the insurance. He and his assistants were always kind and professional. Once he was finished with his end of the plumbing and mitigation he turned me over to Angel, in charge of restoration.

Once again Angel and his assistants were prompt and professional. He walked me through all that would happen. He told me he would put my house back together, exactly how it was before. He was true to his word. Angel was amazing in following up with my insurance company to make sure I received
the realistic amount needed to restore my home.

I truly don’t know what I world have done workout Patriot Plumbing, Gary, Angel, and all the other workers involved in coming to my rescue.
I highly recommend your company! As far as future plumbing needs, there is no one else. Angel is also currently working on an estimate for the remodel of my upstairs.
